Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that all orders are final once submitted. We are unable to make changes or process cancellations after an order has been placed. We kindly ask that you carefully review your cart before completing your purchase.
Please also ensure your shipping address and email are entered correctly at checkout, as all confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email provided. For safety and fraud prevention reasons, we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order is placed.
If the wrong address was entered and your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for the package being delivered to the address provided at checkout. We have no control over the information you input during checkout and cannot assist with replacements in this situation. Please double check your details before submitting your order.
If you notice an error immediately after checkout, we may be able to modify the shipping label as long as the corrected address closely matches the one originally entered.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Please note that scent is highly subjective and may be experienced differently by each individual. Some scents are naturally lighter or more subtle than others, and individual sensitivity to fragrance can vary greatly—what may be noticeable to one person may be undetectable to another.
As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal perception of scent. All purchases are final.
We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and, when available, sample products prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Damaged Items

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to replace damaged items under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide clear photo proof of the damaged item and packaging.

You must send images of the outside of the box, the inside, and the damaged products.
-
We must receive this evidence before we can ship out any replacements.
⚠️ Important: If the product has been discarded and images cannot be provided, you will need to file a claim through the shipping courier. Unfortunately, a replacement will not be issued without photographic evidence.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Defective Product Policy
All defects related to pumps or bottles must be reported via email within 3 Days of Delivery. Reports must include proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) in order to be eligible for a replacement part.
We are not responsible for any issues or defects reported after 3 days from the delivery date if no prior notice was given within the stated time frame.
Fragrance Disclaimer
Please note that while our scents are inspired by popular fragrances and may share many of the same notes, they are not identical to the originals. By "similar," we mean they carry comparable fragrance profiles and may smell closely related , but they are not exact duplicates.
The Pink Lady does not claim affiliation with, nor do we represent or distribute, any original designer or brand fragrances. Our interpretations are independent creations intended to provide a similar scent experience.
We highly recommend purchasing a sample pack before committing to full-size products, especially if you’re seeking a near match to a specific fragrance. As scent perception is subjective and we do not guarantee a 1:1 match, we do not offer refunds or replacements for fragrances that do not meet expectations based on the original.
If you are unsure how a product will smell, please order a sample pack before purchasing full-size items. We cannot assist with concerns regarding fragrance similarity or personal preference if a scent does not closely match the original or is not to your liking. This is why we offer “Try Before You Buy” sample packs to help you determine whether a fragrance is right for you.
Try Before You Buy Sets
Please make sure to select scents that are currently in stock. If a scent you’ve chosen is unavailable, we will substitute it with a scent chosen at random. To avoid this, kindly select 3 backup scents in case any of your original choices are out of stock.Additionally, please note that our Butta Creams are rich, moisturizing body products formulated in accordance with IFRA guidelines. As such, they are not perfumes and will not carry the same potency as our concentrated oils. If you prefer a longer lasting scent experience, we recommend exploring our Perfumes section, where we often provide options for customization.
Please Note:
Only samples purchased directly from our website are guaranteed authentic and reflect what you will receive in full sizes. Samples bought elsewhere may not represent our products, and we are unable to assist with issues from those purchases.Due to the nature of our handmade, natural products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final.
Please note that some separation may occur in our oils. This is a natural result of the unique properties of jojoba oil and fragrance oils, which can occasionally be incompatible. This may cause the jojoba oil to settle at the bottom, sometimes carrying a portion of the fragrance with it. Rest assured, the product is still fragranced and effective. We recommend giving the bottle a good shake before each use to temporarily mix the ingredients for optimal performance.
Cloudiness may also appear in some oils. This is completely normal and expected with our natural formulation. While some products use synthetic additives to maintain a clear appearance, we intentionally avoid these ingredients to stay true to our commitment to clean, skin-safe, and natural formulations.

Shipping & Delivery
Our processing and shipping turnaround time is 3–10 business days.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
We are only able to assist with orders that have been successfully delivered to you. If your package arrives damaged, you must provide evidence before we can assist.
For damaged products, we require the following:

Clear images of the outside of the box, including the shipping label.

Clear images of the inside of the box with packaging.

Clear images of the products that have been damaged.
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, you will need to contact the courier directly. We do not cover missing or stolen packages if the tracking shows it was delivered. Each package includes $100 of insurance coverage.
If the courier reports that your package was damaged in transit, you will be required to file a claim directly with them. Please note that replacements cannot be provided in these cases, as our third-party insurance does not cover transit-related damages.
Pricing Policy
Our product pricing may vary depending on the cost of raw materials, such as fragrance oils, which can fluctuate based on availability and quality.

1.7 oz Oils: Some scents are priced at $17, while others may be listed at $19.

4 oz Oils: Some scents are priced at $28, while others may be listed at $30.

8 oz Oils: Pricing remains consistent and is not affected by material cost increases.
Please note that while certain fragrances require more expensive materials, we have limited price adjustments to only $2 more on select 1.7 oz and 4 oz oils to fairly reflect these changes while keeping our products affordable.

We ship within The Continental US. Processing time is typically 3-10 business days, with delivery times varying based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the order has been handed to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of body care products, we do not accept returns on any items. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
